Welcome to Newance App! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Newance App mobile application, website, and services (“Service”) provided by Newance App (“Newance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Newance App. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Newance provides on-demand laundry pickup and delivery services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All prices are disclosed before checkout. Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms.
You may cancel or modify an order before the scheduled pickup. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to processing fees.
You agree not to misuse the app, abuse customer service staff, or engage in unlawful activity through our platform.
Our app offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide users with convenient monthly laundry services based on selected plans. Subscription options are available on a monthly basis:
All subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. If cancelled before the renewal date, the user will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings.
We are not liable for damages resulting from service delays, lost laundry, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control. Claims must be reported within 7 days.
All trademarks, logos, and content within the app belong to Newance and may not be reused without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
